The easy answer is as often as is needed. What does that mean? We feel like, people can not buy the products in our machines if they are empty, so it is important to us, to keep them full. We have many different service options available. Some accounts are 7 days a week, every other day, every third day, or once a week. Some accounts are seasonal, and are filled more often during the busy parts of the year. The more information you give us, the better we will be able to keep the machines stocked.

No. There is not a cost to have vending machines in your location, other than the electricity. We pay for the equipment, and the drivers to fill the machines. We take care of keeping an inventory of the different types of items needed, and keeping the machines in good working condition.
As a general rule, we can place one new machine per 40 employees. If a location is agreeable to slightly used, good condition machines, placement of one machine per 25 employees is acceptable. An Antares snack and soda combo can be placed in accounts of 25 to 50 employees. A Frozen food machine can be placed in accounts larger than 160 employees, as the fourth unit. Machines to be placed in public places will depend on the amount of traffic, accessibility, and the exclusivity of the location.
If we have the right type of machine at your location, and if the product will vend out of the machine, it is very possible we can get the item you want. We currently keep in inventory, over 150 different items at our warehouse. Our main supplier carries over 1000 items. Please tell us what items you want, so we can be successful at making you happy.
